What will your role be?

We promote a culture that embraces innovation, change, teamwork, and strong partnerships. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic digital marketing assistant to assist our busy marketing team. 

You will be reporting directly to the Global Marketing Operations Senior Manager and assisting the Graphic Designer with all related tasks. 

You will be required to perform administrative tasks, contribute to a variety of projects, create marketing literature and other assets.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

• Create and design print and digital materials
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
• Retouch and manipulate images as required
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Manager to develop design concepts
• Receive feedback from the Graphic Design Manager and make necessary changes
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed
• Work with Product Marketing team to support overall key messaging per dedicated campaign
• Ensure coherence with key messages and branding

Your key success factors :

• Graphic Design major preferred
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
• Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Skill in Motion Design is a plus
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Existing portfolio of graphic design work
• A first experience in Marketing is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
• Strong organizational capacities and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time;
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
• Creativity, organization, reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work in an international team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite a plus
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
