Description

The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, evolution, and success of DDI solutions within a cross-functional team. They oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, working closely with R&D teams, Product Marketing, Sales Team, Customer Support etc.

Acting as the key interface between technical teams and the business, the Product Manager translates user needs and business objectives into a prioritized product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-performing, secure, and value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defines and communicates the product vision, which should be aligned with enterprise strategic objectives. Aligns the customer requirements and the product features.
  • Manages the roadmap content, updates it with regards to competition, customer feedbacks, constraints and any exogen event.
  • Writes functional specifications and validates with the product team the delivered product, during development (demo) and when included in the final integrated solution. Keeps track of any debt for future iteration.
  • Builds the selling strategy with regards to products and price list, defines the how to sell with CRO and CFO. He documents the build and support costs in order to help at decision, checks which feature brings value (to customer, to product, to market…), checks the value produced by the product (ROI), the sales level and adoption by market (with marketing) and sales account teams (enablements).
  • Performs demo of the product, helps in reproducing issues or POC topologies, document the environment of the product (service in adherence, cloud features, ecosystem).
  • Helps and Assists R&D teams on the product development and testing phases, mainly through the PO.
  • Manages relationships with internal customers (marketing, sales, delivery, support, training, excom/board) and external customers (partners and TAM customers, prospects, analysts).

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 10 years of experience in IT, including 3–5 years in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise software environment. 
  • Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience in telecommunications or networking is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing a product or a major feature end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and launch.
  • Experience with network infrastructure products, network services management, or DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions is a strong advantage. Experience in enterprise software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of networking infrastructure, cloud technologies, automation, and cybersecurity is required.
  • Knowledge of DNS and DHCP is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, structured documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
  • Strong interest in technical products and infrastructure environments.

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of networking, telecommunications, and information security concepts.
  • Familiarity with Cloud and SaaS environments, as well as IT process automation principles.

Education

Master’s degree (Engineering School or equivalent) with a specialization in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or Information Systems
