What will you do?

Under the guidance of your manager, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

  • Support the day-to-day execution (โ€œrunโ€) of sales processes and procedures
  • Monitor key sales KPIs and operational indicators, identify red flags, and escalate issues when needed
  • Train and onboard sales teams on processes, tools, and procedures.
  • Team up with Regional VPโ€™s and Management to follow up on identified red flags and ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Collecting and analyzing customer/account data or any other business activity to facilitate decision-making;
  • Ensure CRM data quality by correcting inconsistencies and clean-up, following up with users, and enforcing best practices
  • Act as first-level CRM support: handle user tickets, answer questions, and resolve basic issues
  • Make sure teams correctly follow defined processes by relaunching users and tracking compliance
  • Support business users
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes in collaboration with Sales Management and Sales Ops

Your key success factors : 

  • You have already a first experience in the field of Sales/Business Operations , ideally, you have worked in a similar role at a Software Vendor, you are familiar with sales processes and KPIโ€™s in the sector; Alternatively you have experience as salesrep in the sector looking for reorienting to a salesops position.
  • You have good interpersonal skills to communicate with various business sectors;
  • Your autonomy, attention to detail, analytical mindset and interpersonal skills are assets that will help you succeed in your role;
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team and have a desire to progress by interacting with different professions;
  • You love processes and numbers, and you are motivated by identifying issues, understanding their root causes, and fixing them
  • Curious mindset, eager to learn
  • Technical skills: Advanced use of spreadsheets (e.g. Google sheets and/or excel)
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus: SQL, Zoho CRM or any kind of similar CRM system, Google, Bigquery, Google Looker Studio or any kind of data visualization solution, programming
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbally and written skills, is a must!
