Software Engineer

Description

The R&D team, product managers, developers, technical writers and QA team, is based in HQ France. A team composed of young technology enthusiasts who enjoy working in agility in a constantly evolving world.

At EfficientIP, Developers take part in all the phases of development of new features : from the design phase to the final release of the new software version. Therefore, in addition to the R&D team, you may also be required to discuss with the Marketing, Delivery, Training and Customer Solution Engineer teams in order to be as close as possible to the user experience and customer needs.

You’ll be great for this role if you have these qualifications:

You already have significant (5 years) experience in software development and you have a solid knowledge of performance optimization and application robustness.

Technical skills:

• PHP (8) object-oriented (or software programming language such as Java, C++, Python) without a framework
• PostgreSQL
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), using microservices
• REST API

Nice to have:

• Front-end knowledge (architecture, JavaScript, …)
• Unit testing (e.g., PHPUnit)
• Knowledge of the C language
