Prior to EfficientIP, Norman spent 13 years as VP and General Manager for Continental Europe for, he built an $80M business and attracted over 2,000 new customers.

Chief Technology Officier

Jean-Yves Bisiaux is CTO and co-founder of EfficientIP. In this role, Jean-Yves is responsible for defining the company’s vision and driving its execution by the engineering team as well as overseeing operations and productivity of the service delivery and support business units. Before EfficientIP, Jean-Yves founded NESS, a company that specialized in network monitoring.

Sylvain Galliano

Chief Software Engineering Officer

Sylvain Galliano is Chief Software Engineering Officer and co-founder of EfficientIP. In this role, Sylvain is responsible for driving the technology vision, designing the software architecture, and leading the innovation department to deliver disruptive technologies resulting in impactful and differentiated value-added products.

Ronan David

Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

Ronan joined EfficientIP in 2004 to transform the company into a DDI software vendor, building the go-to-market strategy and leading the sales operations. In his current role, he holds responsibility for the global marketing activities and strategic alliances. Before EfficientIP, he worked at Visionwave as Regional VP of Sales and Business Unit Director at Orange.

Sandra De Pauliny

Chief People Officer

Sandra is CPO at EfficientIP, bringing 20 years of experience in HR management, business partnering & Tech industry. She is above all a strategic business partner with ability to lead major transformations such as hyper growth with ambitious talent management plans. Prior to EfficientIP, Sandra started at Decathlon before joining Dell where she held senior positions, and then worked at BRL Group, and the Idemia Group.

Thierry Drilhon

Chairman of the Board

Thierry Drilhon has 35 years of experience in the technology, digital and innovation sphere, acquired as an executive of world class and mid-sized, private equity-owned companies. He was previously appointed as Managing Director for Microsoft in France. Thierry then joined Cisco Systems as CEO France, later becoming President EMEA, before integrating the World Executive Committee as Senior Vice-President, based in Paris and San Francisco.

Cécile Ferreboeuf Clayes

Cécile Ferreboeuf Clayes currently serves as Principal Engineer at Microsoft in the Azure Vanguard Program, helping to digitally transform some of the largest Azure customers’ critical workloads, accelerate product fundamentals, drive platform innovation, and create mutual competitive advantage.

Guillaume Girard

Board Member and Partner at Jolt Capital

A Partner at Jolt Capital, Guillaume is also on the Boards of both Softonic and Vectaury. Guillaume has extensive investment, advisory and operational experience throughout Europe and the USA. Prior to Jolt Capital, Guillaume was Associate Director at A Plus Finance, responsible for technology and growth transactions where he oversaw and executed numerous investments and exits.

Olav Ostin

Board Member & Managing Partner at TempoCap

Olav Ostin is Managing Partner of TempoCap and has been active in the venture capital industry for the past 20 years. In 2006, Olav co-founded TempoCap which was part of the Draper Venture Network from 2012 to 2016. Since its formation, TempoCap has acquired 11 portfolios of assets and closed multiple single assets transactions.

Pierre Garnier

Pierre Garnier has over 30 years of operational and C-suite experience across large corporations and scale-ups, in sectors such as semiconductors, hardware, software, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining Jolt Capital, Pierre was President of e2v-semiconductor, a leader in the semiconductor market for aerospace and defense.
