The SmartPartner Program life cycle enables consistent regular communication with our partners. This ensures constant alignment at all levels (Sales โ€“ Marketing โ€“ Finance โ€“ Delivery โ€“ Support) within the Partner and EfficientIP organizations.

We have defined 2 majors families of partners each with subcategories:

Global Service Providers

Smart partner base service provider
GSI/Telco

They operate and understand large scale global deployments and projects. Telcos or GSI deliver network, application, system, and management services across a network to multiple enterprises.

Smart partner base distributor
Managed Service Provider (MSPs and MSSPs)

They provide outsourced monitoring and management of devices and systems. They often use high-availability SOC to provide 24/7 services, with a โ€œpay as you goโ€ pricing model. A โ€œpure playโ€ MSP focuses on management services as its core offering.

Value Added Resellers (VARs)

EfficientIPโ€™s SmartPartner Program puts resellers on a fast track to success with leading DDI and DNS Security offerings, assuring that partners can deliver quality services around implementation and support.

Onboarding Process

The onboarding process is the most important activity for both the partners and for EfficientIP. It ensures that all have the right confidence and technical know-how before providing the right solution to the customers. EfficientIP has developed a comprehensive partner onboarding process centered around qualification by both parties, and onboarding via enablement.

Also included in the EfficientIP SmartPartner Program is a specialized Welcome Pack to guide the onboarding process for new partners for strategic sales and delivery image fileengagement. The Welcome Pack provides comprehensive and dedicated support to ensure full confidence in offering the EfficientIP solution to customers, including complementary delivery team support on the first three deployments, demo or NFR licenses, and access to EfficientIPโ€™s internal Marketing and BDR resources.
