PARIS, FRANCE – January 22, 2026 – EfficientIP, a leading provider of network automation and DNS-DHCP-IPAM (DDI) solutions, today announced a strong business performance in 2025, highlighted by 40% year-over-year growth in bookings, 20% growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and robust double-digit total revenue expansion, reflecting strong execution and sustained global demand.
The 40% increase in bookings reflects accelerating customer demand, strong sales execution, and growing recognition of EfficientIP’s differentiated approach to secure network automation. This performance provides clear visibility into future growth and underscores the company’s expanding footprint across key strategic markets, acquiring 225 new customers in 2025, including several Fortune 500 enterprises.
In parallel, EfficientIP delivered 20% year-over-year growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and robust double-digit total revenue expansion, demonstrating the company’s ability to convert strong commercial momentum into sustainable recurring business.

The company’s financial position strengthened further, with net cash nearly doubling year-over-year, providing the flexibility to support continued innovation, organic growth, and selective strategic investments.
